I'm sharing my favorite smoothis recipe. 1 cup of frozen mixed fruit, 4 tablespoons splendor, 15 cubes of ice and 1/2 cup of your favorite yogert. Beginning with water, followed by adding the ice, place all items in a kitchen blender on desired speed, stopping occasionally to stir to your desired consistency. M

My Fav-rite...Recipe

Excellent choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Broccoli/Spinach Medley

Serves 4

Ingredients: 2C of Broccoli, 1C of Spinach, 1 fresh tomatoe or 1 can of rotel, 1/4 of onion chopped, 1/4 of bell pepper chopped

Cooking instructions: In a medium skillet add 1 tsp of butter, chopped onions, bell pepper and tomatoes (cook for one minute) add broccoli and spinach lower heat and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

That is a powerful revelation to know that Jesus came to bring to pass everything that God has put in place through instruction to His prophets and His laws that were given as instructions in righteousness for His peoples sake!
